– Usage Data: Application performance metrics and error logs (for debugging purposes)
– License Validation Data: License status checks performed every 24 hours

– Apple App Store Data: Publicly available information about applications, rankings, and keywords (accessed via iTunes Search API)
– LemonSqueezy: Subscription status and payment information (processed by LemonSqueezy, not stored by us)

We use the information we collect to:
– Provide the Service: Track keywords, analyze positions, and generate suggestions
– Validate Licenses: Verify subscription status and ensure proper access to features
– Improve the Application: Analyze usage patterns and fix bugs

5.1 Local Storage
All your application data is stored locally on your device. This includes:
– Tracked applications and their details

– License keys (encrypted in UserDefaults)
We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly share it with us.

– Uninstalling the Application (which removes all local data)

You can export your data in CSV format using the built-in export functionality.

You can stop using the Application at any time. Since data is stored locally, ceasing use effectively stops data processing.
7.6 Right to Restrict Processing
You can disable automatic features (such as keyword suggestions) in the Application settings.
8. Data Retention
8.1 Application Data
Your application data is retained as long as:
– You keep the Application installed
– You do not manually delete the data
8.2 License Information
License keys and validation data are retained locally to maintain subscription access. This data is automatically removed if you uninstall the Application.
8.3 Deletion
Uninstalling the Application removes all locally stored data. We have no remote access to delete data, as all data is stored on your device.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
10. International Data Transfers
Since all data is stored locally on your device, no international data transfers occur for your application data. License validation may involve communication with:
– LemonSqueezy servers (located in the United States)
– Apple servers (various locations)
These transfers are necessary for the Application’s functionality and are governed by the respective service providers’ privacy policies.
11. Cookies and Tracking
The Application does not use cookies or web-based tracking technologies. We do not track your browsing behavior or use advertising trackers.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and BFAT SASU (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the Altis application (“Application”, “App”, or “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

3. Description of Service
Altis is an App Store Optimization (ASO) tool designed for macOS that helps users:
– Track keyword rankings for mobile applications
– Analyze App Store search positions
– Discover keyword opportunities
– Monitor competitor performance
– Generate keyword suggestions
The Application accesses publicly available data from Apple’s App Store and iTunes Search API to provide these services.
4. License and Access
4.1 Free Tier
The Application offers a free tier with limited functionality:
– Maximum 1 tracked application
– Maximum 30 keywords per application
– No access to the Explore module
4.2 Premium Tier
Premium subscriptions are available through monthly or annual plans, purchased via LemonSqueezy. Premium tier includes:
– Unlimited tracked applications
– Unlimited keywords
– Access to the Explore module
– All premium features
4.3 License Restrictions
You agree not to:
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
– Attempt to bypass license validation or security measures
– Share, transfer, or resell your license key
– Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
– Interfere with or disrupt the Application’s functionality
5. Subscription Terms
5.1 Payment
Subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy, a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms and conditions.
5.2 Billing
– Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly
– Annual subscriptions are billed annually
– All prices are in the currency specified at the time of purchase
– Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
5.5 License Validation
The Application periodically validates your license status (every 24 hours) to ensure continued access. If your subscription expires or is cancelled:
– Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
– You will retain access to existing data but cannot add new apps or keywords beyond Free tier limits
– Access to Premium features will be restricted
6. User Data and Privacy
6.1 Data Collection
The Application collects and stores:
– Application data you track (app names, Apple IDs, keywords)
– Keyword positions and historical data
– License information (stored locally)
– Device identifier (for license validation)
6.2 Data Storage
All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your tracked applications, keywords, or position data unless you explicitly share it with us.
6.3 Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services:
– LemonSqueezy: For license management and payment processing
– Apple iTunes Search API: For retrieving app store data
– Apple Search Ads API: For keyword suggestions
– Sparkle: For application updates
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The Application, including its code, design, graphics, and content, is the exclusive property of BFAT SASU and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to data you create or input into the Application. We do not claim ownership of your tracked applications, keywords, or analysis data.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee:
– Uninterrupted or error-free operation
– Accuracy of App Store data (which is provided by Apple)
– Availability of third-party APIs
8.2 Data Accuracy
Position data and metrics are based on publicly available information from Apple’s App Store. We cannot guarantee:
– Real-time accuracy of rankings
– Consistency of data across different regions
– Availability of all requested data
8.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BFAT SASU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
– Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
– Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
– Service interruptions or unavailability
– Inaccuracies in third-party data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BFAT SASU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
– Your use of the Application
– Your violation of these Terms
– Your violation of any third-party rights
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
10.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, if you:
– Violate these Terms
– Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
– Attempt to circumvent license restrictions
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
– In-app notifications
– Updates to this document
– Email notification (if provided)
Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, France.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BFAT SASU regarding the Application.
